WINE MAKING
Grapes from our vineyards planted on licorella slate terraces and hillsides in 2004, 2005 and 2006 and 25 years old vineyards nearby Porrera. The grapes are picked by hand into 10 kg boxes and undergo exhaustive classification on a double sorting table. Fermented in 15 and 30 Hl wood, steel and concrete vats. Aged in 225l French oak barrels (50% new), for 12 months.
